Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the strategy for our data products, working closely with domain owners, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product owners to deeply understand their data requirements and ensure that our data products meet their needs.
* Work alongside data engineers and data scientists to ensure that our data products adhere to quality and regulatory standards while aligning with business objectives and customer expectations.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and privacy teams, to ensure our data products comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Monitor and report on the performance and quality of our data products, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog that reflects the needs of the business and customers.
* Utilize agile methodologies to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-value features first.
* Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and other relevant technologies to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Employ data storytelling techniques to articulate the business impact of data insights to stakeholders.
* Communicate updates and releases of our data products to stakeholders, providing training and support to ensure effective utilization of the products.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Over 7 years of experience in data product management, data engineering, or a related field, preferably within a fintech or B2B2C data-driven organization.
* Strong understanding of data product development and delivery processes, with experience using agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and other relevant data technologies.
* Familiarity with data visualization, data storytelling, and dashboard tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
* Solid background in B2B and B2C environments, ideally within the Neo-Banking or Travel industries.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for data and a drive for constant learning and innovation.
* Scrum Master and/or Design Thinking certification would be a plus.
