DevSecOps Engineer with Copado experience

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Administrative support to Salesforce applications, the delivery pipeline, and data ingestion pipeline, addressing issues, and supporting activities needed to maintain the Salesforce Applications, such as user access/security/release/schedules management.
2. For administering the AWS Cloud Data Warehouse, data pipeline, and cloud components such as DevSecOps scripts, S3 access management and applications configuration. The DevSecOps Engineer will work closely with the cloud engineering teams and Project Managers, supporting day to day operational incident, change, and problem management cases.
3. For scripting, automating, orchestrating day to day operational tasks on Salesforce and the DevSecOps pipeline using Copado and/or other tools as available.
4. The technical leads to develop full production support, processes, documentation and operations plan, including monitoring/alerting solutions.
5. They will support users as requested through community support tickets and troubleshoot Sales force application and authorisation functionality as needed.
