My Client is a software engineering and design consultancy; they create digital capabilities for their clients that last beyond the engagement. They have offices in London, Lisbon, and Porto.



About the role:

As a Data Analyst in this role, you will take responsibility for data, insights and models that help clients grow quickly. You'll work closely with the clients' cross-functional team to measure and report on their initiatives that help set strategic direction. You'll have a suitable history of call centre analytics in order to provide direction to the two existing analysts and help develop and maintain the existing data infrastructure.



What you'll be doing in the role

Develop a roadmap for Data within the Customer Service team
*

Maintenance and further development of the Customer Service team data model that supports all reporting within this team and many operational processes;
*

Provide analytical direction to a team of 2 analysts;
*

Deliver the ability to quickly troubleshoot data issues.

You'll have the following skills and experience:

*

Strong SQL skills: extract, manipulate, transform and analyse large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy;
*

Knowledge of tools like Looker;
*

Data modelling and experience with the best way to organise data and maintain it;
*

Experience with working with call centre metrics/data (call handle time, how productive agents are, customer waiting time...).

You'll have:
