2nd Line Support- Up to £30k London/Hybrid


We are currently hiring for a 2nd line Support/Technical Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support to both internal and external customers worldwide. We need your help in assisting them with hardware and software via web portal, email and telephone with the aim of exceeding defined SLA.

Role & Responsibilities

* Daily problem solving
* Resolving and Completing Tickets
* Working alongside users to help resolve their issues
* Daily use of Windows (Using the Windows platform, Windows Installation)
* Creating new users

Skills & Qualifications

* Good Windows Knowledge
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Ticketing tool knowledge
