Summary:
* Provide level 1 support.
* Manage service desk ticket queue + escalation.
* Manage and coordinate with level 2 support.
* Assist to maintain, user access and security roles.
* Assist with system tests and configuration prior deployments of enhanced functionality.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&SCM.
* Experience with enterprise level ERP system.
