Senior Service Desk/Systems Engineer

* Permanent role
* Location: Newcastle
* Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + super



Requirements

* IT Service Desk Experience with a managed service provider (preferred).

* Strong technical background in Windows server and client operating systems, MS exchange, Office 365
* Network support, diagnostics and troubleshooting physical and virtual networks (eg. Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate).

* Hypervisors (Hyper-V or VMWARE) - deployment, support and administration.
* Cloud Infrastructure and On-Prem Infrastructure experience (bonus)
* Clear, friendly and professional written and verbal English communication skills essential.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.

* Competent in time management, a
bility to work under pressure.
* Experience in customer engagement.

* High Attention to detail.

Relevant Certifications

* Microsoft Certifications e.g. MCSA Office 365, Azure

* CCNA Certification

* ITIL
