Jefferson Frank is seeking both 360 Junior/Mid-Level & Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our AWS Big Data permanent/contract desks.
You will be joining a fast-paced, fun environment, with frequent job flow from management across numerous different industries.
We are currently exceptionally busy and moving through exponential growth, with ambitious plans throughout 2021. With this in mind, we require self-starters, ambitious individuals, with a sales driven mindset and a strong desire to climb the sales ladder.
Role & Responsibilities

Identifying candidates within the AWS Big Data marketplace
*
Business Development: on-boarding new clients, negotiating terms of business
*
Market mapping: building relevant hotlists of both immediately available candidates and/or pipelined talent
*
LinkedIn: utilising all search functions to identify both live candidates, job opportunities and future clients
*
Headhunting: working on confidential mandates, for which the utmost discretion must be held
*
360: Interviewing candidates via video/phone and ensuring they are managed throughout the recruitment life-cycle. This includes aftercare and on-boarding,
Skills & Qualifications
*
Degree preferred, but not essential
*
Strong interpersonal skills
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Extremely well organised, with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
*
Prior experience as a 360 consultant
