This client is a content platform, a global leader in smartphone personalization. It is It is one of the best phone personalization apps on the market and helps you make sure your phone reflects you.



They have a unique space in the market, where their products are used by millions of people globally. As an IT Operations Engineer you will be maintaining and expanding a cloud platform which processes in multiple Kubernetes clusters.



Based in-house, you will be joining a dedicated IT team who continue to develop the Cloud platform which supports app users & customers around the world.



Your responsibilities can include:

* Maintaining and developing cloud services hosted in GCP
* Monitor, investigate, and resolve operational issues
* Providing technical guidance and support to the wider organisation



As well as collaborating closely with the wider IT team, you can also enjoy great autonomy over your work, and the potential to define your own role in the team depending on your prior experience and interests.



We are looking for you to have some of the following skills and experiences:

* Experience with one or more scripting/programming languages
* Prior experience with Cloud (whilst we work with GCP, we welcome experience with Azure & AWS)
* Experience with container technology
* Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication with technical and non-technical team members
