Our client, working specifically on Domain Name Registry, are on the lookout for a Technical Service Manager with a strength in customer/client facing work to be responsible for representing customer interests across the technical delivery cycle from service transition & release to incident & problem management.
The right candidate will have experience of ITIL, technical documentation, Release Management and Problem/Incident Management.
Mentorship experience would be beneficial, but not a pre-requisite. However, experience of the Software Development Lifecycle will be a necessity.
