DevOps Engineer

I am currently working alongside an exciting client in the Utilities space who are currently building a brand new PaaS Team and are actively looking for a DevOps Engineer.



The successful candidate will need to be well versed with AWS Infrastructure (Cloud Formation and CDK) and deploying applications into the AWS Environment.

Having a background in Development or strong scripting knowledge will be strongly advantageous.



Key skills:

- AWS (Amazon Web Services) - 2+ years experience

- Application Deployments to AWS

- CI/CD - Jenkins - Must be able to write a CICD pipeline

- Legacy Systems - Linux

- IaaC - Cloud Formation and CDK - Must be able to write IaaC

- Development Understanding (at least one of the following) - Java, C#, Python, Typescript, Bash (for Linux)

- AWS Native Stack

- AWS and Azure Architecture Framework

- ARM Templates (Azure)
