Wintel Consultant - SC or DV Cleared (MUST BE ACTIVE + TRANSFERABLE)

Location: Fully Remote

Rate: £500 - £550 per day Inside of IR35

Contract: 3 Month initial

The role requires the candidate to:
Configure specific hardware and virtual environments to meet project delivery timescales; this entails installation, patching and configuration by following documented Low Level Designs and best practices.
Perform out of hours change work as and when required.
Provide documentation and information to hand servers over into BAU
Perform OS Install / Patching / Firmware updates inline with best practices.
Have indepth knowledge of Windows Server architecture randing from legacy (Server 2003) to current supported versions.
VMWare 6.5+,AD, Group Policy.
VMWare SDDC skills advantageus but not essential.
Demonstrable experience of W2012 upgrades.
The candidate must:
Have the ability to following detailed implementation plans.
Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
