We are looking for a diligent individual who can competently lead whilst simultaneously work hands on. The prospective candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and also be a specialist within their own domain.



Roles and Responsibilities:

* Work with Head of Engineering to create strategic goals and objectives
* Development, implementation and evaluation of technical decisions
* Mentoring and coaching your team, giving guidance and sharing your expertise
* Deliver broader solutions and ensure re-usability of the tech and skills across different domains
* Work alongside numerous teams across projects
* Hands-on development within your technical speciality



Skills Qualifications:

* Varied tech stack, use any of the following technologies: Java, Springboot, Golang, React, Typescript, Python
* Experience with AWS
* Prior leadership experience, managing teams of at least 3-5
* Innovative thinker
* Interest in collaborative working
