Our client, one of the biggest and highly reputable retailers in the country, is looking for a Staff Engineer to work as an independent mentor over a numbers of engineering teams.

This role is unique as it's a new role for the business, they want someone to mentor multiple teams as well as being hands-on, using their variety of programme language skills to aid to numerous areas.

Candidates will need to have ideally held a similar role, where the split of leadership and hands-on is 50/50, with an equal passion for both.

Skills in any of the following would be applicable:

* Java
* Springboot
* React
* Node.js
* Python
* C#/.NET

The more variety of working on these, the more advantageous your chances of progression! With this they expect you to be in the office with that hands-on approach, aiding everyone using your expert skills.
