Their current development team consists of 4 people and offers a very flat hierarchy for a company that is very well established. Because they have a small and efficient team, it means their way of working is very agile and there are a lot of opportunities to grow/expand your knowledge. (Example: Moving from a purely Front/Back end focus into a more Full stack position or learning how to use AWS products)

They're currently looking to expand with another 2-3 hires into early Spring 2023 and currently would look to add a Junior and Mid-Senior level Backend SW Developer to the team.
