Security Consultant - Hybrid - Oslo


Our client is currently on a search for Security Consultants with DevOps experience as well as a Security background of sorts - DevSecOps, CyberSecurity and etc.

The client's mission:

- Prevent stoppage of production and subsequent loss of value

- Uncovering, analysis and handling of incidents that may represent risk for customers

- Assistance during major security incidents

Deliver of services involves working closely with several skilled professional environments throughout the organisation, as well as other collaborative partners. With this you will get a high level of access to industry expertise and other experts within the company.

As a Security Consultant you will be expected to:

- Plan and carry our activities on both an internal and external level (e.g workshops, meetings)

- Take responsibility for onboarding new customers

- Be an escalation point for customers

- Co-ordinate and resolve advanced customer-specific cases

- Acquire expertise in the department's technology, solutions and operatiosn to ensure high value for the customer

- Take part in activities that promote both the department and their mission

- Be responsible for further development of processes and routines related to the section's areas of responsibility

- Contribute to further development of department products and services

- Report to customers on service delivery

- Be a supporting function to other departments internally

Expected qualities to include

- Relevant education and/or work experience

- Experience from larger organisations and IT environments

- Knowledge of varied subject areas within security and intelligence

- Passion for cyber security

In terms of tech stack the client are quite open in terms of technical background but an expectation of cloud security, cyber security and devops experience has been seen to be successful in previous applications.
