A fantastic new opportunity for a Principal Software Engineer working for a leading retail company. This is a perfect position for someone who wants to be involved in hands on coding, technical decision making and leading teams. You'll help lead a team of 20/25 engineers.

You'll gain a lot of freedom in the position to define your own technical road maps. This role will report into the Head of Engineering and will need to have been involved with the tech side of Agile development.

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong AWS experience
* Full stack development experience
* Strong programming experience with Node.js
* Experience leading teams of 20-25 engineers
