Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect who will be responsible for leading/supporting cloud programs and projects under the Digital Transformation Global Unit of our client. The candidate will be the primary customer-facing point of contact for all cloud projects and consulting engagements. They will lead pre-sales activities, support revenue generation to expand sales opportunities, and develop digital platforms to promote a cloud program to customers.

The Cloud Solution Architect will have extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, experience in the AWS, Azure, or GCP area, and experience using cloud services in a specific area. They will have good knowledge of database engines, big data technology, containers (k8s), microservices, event-based architecture, IaaS, and PaaS options for application development and optimization, cloud costs, cloud security, cloud monitoring, and optimization frameworks.

The candidate will be able to communicate within the company in English without any problems and have excellent proposal activities such as communication, writing proposals, and presentations. They will also have 5-10 years of pre-sales or IT strategy/management experience, and experience having a lead or sub-lead role in a cloud program at a large/medium enterprise (>100 million IT budget) or consulting firm.

The Cloud Solution Architect will work directly with large customers on global projects and oversee the design, testing, and deployment process. They will lead and drive the direction of the cloud team and deploy talks that engage and persuade customers. They will also have good knowledge and experience with IAC and automation scripts.

The Cloud Solution Architect will be a full-time employee with an annual income of 10 million yen - 12 million yen, with salary increases once a year, commuting allowance up to 20,000 yen per month, family allowance of 10,000 yen per supporter (spouse/child), housing allowance of 30,000 yen per month (provided to all employees), and bonus paid twice a year. The working hours are from 9:00-18:00, with an average of about 12 hours of overtime per month.
