Senior Desktop Engineer - Outside of IR35

Location: Essex - Full time on-site

Rate: £200 - £230 per day

Contract: 6 Month initial

Immediate Start - Interviews this week!

A key client of ours is currently seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Engineer for an 6 month initial contract and will be on-boarding someone ASAP.

Required Skills

* Experience in supporting using with Microsoft Office 365 services (e.g. Teams)
* Responding to tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues that customers are facing.
* Supporting customers with the installation and use of applications and computer peripherals
* Deploying and managing SCCM policies across the estate.
* Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
* Strong documentation experience, supporting junior Desktop Support Engineers with clear resolutions to tickets.
