Our client, an innovative change the investor communications landscape, is looking for a Digital Product Designer who will ensure products, features and services are valuable to customers, meet their needs and delight at every step of bringing a fresh look to an ever changing industry.

The role will be working alongside the UX Researcher in a Product Team, running end-to-end design processes for a variety of initiatives within the team and validating solutions with users, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

The right candidate will have the following:

* Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
* Strong portfolio of design projects
* Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
* Understanding of design thinking process and UX research methods
* Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq, Figma)
* Experience with InVision or similar interactive prototype building software
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS & JavaScript preferred
* Analytically minded and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent communication skills and ability to empathise
* Track record of contributing to prototypes and POCs
* Passion for learning and sharing knowledge

This company are hiring there first two roles in UX research and UI/UX design giving you the opportunity to work across various exciting projects and explore many areas of UX/UI and design. Feeling comfortable in an ever-changing and sometimes un-structured environment will be essential.
