My client is an established yet growing AWS premium partner based in Cambridge looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to work in their AWS sector. They are renowned in the AWS community, having won multiple international cloud awards and receiving a perfect score on a recent internal audit.

They are looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and someone who has a genuine interest in AWS.

This role requires you to live in the U.K. and be fully eligible to work with no restrictions.

The Role:

* Frequent and proactive use of multiple service desks, handling incidents, requests, changes and problem tickets.
* Providing a helpful and professional service
* Working to improve and gain knowledge in AWS
* Taking and resolving tickets
