Senior Data Analyst - Oslo

We are looking for a senior data analyst to join the team in Oslo!

Based in-house, you will be joining a professional environment of 70+ employees who help businesses across Norway to optimise through data & digtalisation

As an established Microsoft Partner delivering solutions through tools such as Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerApps, Customer Insights, Power BI and Azure, you can be assured you will develop in a modern and forward-thinking environment

You will be joining a recently established data department dedicated to helping customers make the most of their data and solutions, providing a vital link between technology and business

As an early member of the team you can have a large influence over the future direction of strategy and growth, as well as a great impact on the customers you work alongside

We are looking for you to bring a business-mind, and experience working with analytics to understand the customers' requirements, the data that they have, and be able to suggest innovative solutions to improve their efficiency

You will be hands-on to suggest creative solutions, translating their requirements into data modelling, and working closely with your team to deliver meaningful results

There is a great degree of flexibility in your role in terms of technology, responsibilities, and working methods. You can be involved in the future growth and hiring of team,expand the advanced analytics offerings in-house, and even look towards leadership/management responsibilities in the future

We are looking for you to have:

* 8+ years experience in data/business analytics
* Excellent advisory & communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Good understanding of technical concepts & processes related to areas such as business intelligence, data engineering, data science & advanced analytics
* Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role is beneficial
* You must be comfortable speaking both Norwegian and English
