Business Intelligence Manager - Oslo

We are looking for a Manager to lead a growing Business Intelligence department in Oslo!

Based in-house, the team participate in projects across the organisation to optimise and deliver insights to those who can benefit most

As part of an established data environment working across BI, Machine Learning and Analysis, you will have access to talent, resources and investment to ensure your plans can be put into practice

You will primarily take responsibility for the project to build and maintain our new analytical platform which will handle the expected future growth and demands of the company. Along with your team, you will help to create a new foundation for analysis with a focus on utilising information in the form of forecasting models, smart KPIs, and automation of workflows

In this role, you can expect:

* To lead a team of experienced data engineers, BI developers and architects on a daily basis
* Take responsibility for their learning and professional development, offering support and guidance
* Communicate with teams across the business to interpret needs and translate into requirements & projects for the team
* Contribute at an architectural level towards to development of data products and solutions internally

We are looking for you to bring:

* Experience working across the full BI stack
* Experience working with Microsoft technologies - Power BI, Azure
* Previous experience within leadership / management, either on a project basis, or full-time basis
* Experience working with financial data is beneficial
* Ability to manage complex requirements and translate these into strategy and actionable steps
