Role - Service Desk Engineer x5

Contract Length - 3 Months Contract (Rolling long term)

Location - Fully Remote (Ideally accessible to South West London/Surrey)

Start Date - Within 2-3 weeks (24th of April)



Overview:

I'm looking for multiple (up to 5) proactive, Service Desk Engineer's who are looking for a long term project. The role is ideally looking for people to start ASAP (must be by the 24th of April).



Key Skills:

* Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in an effective manner
* Providing technical support remotely and on-site
* Point of contact for technical escalations from the regional team
* Working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation including incident, problem and change management
* Managing a complex, national multi-site IT infrastructure
* Technical ability of Windows 7-10 (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
* Technical ability of Cloud technologies such as AWS, Office365 and/OR Azure
* Technical ability of supporting major outages
* Technical ability of supporting printing, telephony, audio visual, specialist software and hardware support in 1st to 3rd line capacity
