AWS Product Manager

AWS Product Manager - Remote - $180,000 (DOE) - Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder

Role & Responsibilities

Leading the delivery of the "manage" strategy and developing the service portfolio
*

Document product and service definition, understand delivery requirements for a customer and the business
*

Translate strategies into plans (the "how" from the "what") and support the creation of business cases presented to the executive team.
*

Responsibility for the product life cycle including developing and maintaining roadmaps
*

Identify market requirements (Specifying and collecting inputs from Sales and customer facing technical functions) and commercially aware of value and benefit positioning
*

Build and maintain close working relationships across the business
*

Analyse product utilisation and ensure suitable dashboarding of product P&L for the business
*

Maintain and co-ordinate product development activities across the business to meet product project delivery timescales
*

Meet quarterly and annual objectives individually, within the team and for the business
*

Create and author collateral material, product literature, market analysis reports for consumption by technical, financial and executive level audiences both internal and external
*

Understanding company products, core customer business requirements, regulatory landscape and the competitor commercial and technical environment.

Skills

*

3+ years in a comparable (preferably management or senior) product development / technical architect position, supporting cloud (hyperscale, public and private) with an emphasis on managed, professional and support services
*

Hyper-Scale cloud technologies and service (including containerization) capabilities
*

Cloud, Edge and "as a" Service capability - NaaS, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS
*

Managed / Professional services solution awareness and consultative capability
