RESPONSIBILITIES

We are hiring Senior DevOps Engineers to enable DevOps in their teams and operate the production environment - from
planning to implementing security and reliability.

● Enable DevOps feature teams test and securely deploy (and rollback) the microservices in a multi-repository setup
● Operate in production a multi-tenant SaaS application built on AWS
● Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery processes based on our RTO and RPO
● Develop, run and maintain security runbooks, monitoring, logging and auditing
● Develop, run and maintain reliability runbooks, monitoring, logging and auditing
● Make sure we honor our SLA for our customers
● Build and maintain tools to automate remediations of issues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with strong information technology focus
● Strong DevOps experience on AWS leveraging Gitlab CI, Terraform, and SAM
● Experience in operating production-grade software stacks in the cloud
● Experience working with scripting languages to automate routine tasks
● Experience with performance and log analysis
● Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
● Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with strong information technology focus
● Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience with operating a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution in production
● Knowledge of the AWS Well Architected Framework, mainly Operational Excellence, Security and Reliability pillars

● Knowledge and hands-on experience with 3rd party SIM and monitoring solutions (Datadog, Splunk, Sumo Logic)
● Good understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
