Jefferson Frank have been enlisted to represent a new client who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the team. You'll bee responsible for managing the technology stack of 5 teams and leading the development/implementation of a web portal for e-commerce, mobile app development, and algorithm trading features.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a technology strategy and implement in line with the business' objectives
* Lead and Manage 5 teams across technology stacks and implement measures for timely and succsesful completion of projects
* Develop and implement a web portal for e-commerce, mobile application development, and algorithm trading features
* Work with designers and businesses to effectively design back end to support product features
* Implement new encryption protocols to enhance the security of the platform
* Manage the development of a Go-to-Market product
* Manage cloud operations and champion innovation (AWS)
* Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable and future-proof
* Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies





Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CTO or a similar leadership role in the technology industry
* Experience in managing tech teams across Cloud, Mobile App Development etc
* Knowledge of algorithm trading, encryption protocols, and backend development
* Experience in developing e-commerce platforms
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
