AWS Data Engineer - Agriculture Industry


Position: AWS Data Engineer

Location: Oslo

Using technology to create a better, more sustainable future for agriculture. The team of agricultural experts collaborates with top designers and developers to create digital solutions that are intuitive and tailored to meet the needs of tomorrow's farmers.

An expanding platform team, seeking an experienced Data Engineer to work closely with data scientists and backend developers. This role focuses on building data products that utilise the core data platform, Snowflake, and ML components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop data transformations to create innovative data products.
* Integrate data from diverse sources.
* Ensure data quality through automated processes.
* Build and deploy SQL/DBT work packages.
* Collaborate effectively with R&D and application developers to address their data needs.
* Document and manage data contracts.


* Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
* 3+ years of experience using data platforms to build data products.
* High proficiency in SQL.
* Experience with DBT.
* Strong engineering mindset with a holistic understanding of system integration.
* Proficiency in Python.
* Experience with Snowflake and ML ops is a plus.
