Jefferson Frank are working with an Enterprise Financial Service client who is looking for Tech Programme Lead & Coach in Scotland. This is a unique opportunity that will offer the right candidate an ideal situation to blend their passion for people, technology and leadership!

Based in the heart of Scotland, you will be required in the office two days a week to contribute to learning materials contribute to an exceptional working culture and help lead entry-level developers through their initial 32-week course.

This organisation is on the way up and investing heavily in its people and technology - if you were offered a seat on a rocket ship, you wouldn't say no.

Experience Required

* Solving problems using a variety of technical solutions
* Coding in WebUI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, PowerBI
* Knowledge/Experience in the financial sector
* A strong leader, that can motivate and encourage people to reach their goals.
