* Maximize Renewal Dollars, identify risk and expansion opportunities
* End to end execution of the renewal life cycle
* Accelerating client growth and value realized
* Manage/ Advance the strategic retention model/ commercial health of existing customers
* Full understanding of the SaaS contracting space in the Enterprise and mid market segments
Skills & Qualifications
* Ownership and Accountability
* Maintain a high retention rate and ensure on-time renewals
* Identify customer risk opportunities
* Leverage client data and behavior to assess the health of each renewal
* Sales, RevOps and CSM to deliver seamless experiences for clients and drive business outcomes.
