SERVICE DESK ANALYST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - LONDON - MARKET RATE- OUTSIDE IR35



This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a thriving company who are looking to expand their trades floor, we are looking for Service Desk Analyst.



Role Responsibilities;

You will be required to;

* Tier 1 customer desktop support and service desk operation
* Hardware support
* Application installs, moves and changes
* Hardware installs, moves and changes (including some weekend and out of hours work)
* Application and hardware upgrades and mass deployments
* Service Desktop project tasks execution
* Support SCCM Patching MS Deployments where and when necessary
* Updating Audit documentation
* Service Now queues



Must Have;

*

Strong Customer/Service focus
* Team player with self-motivation
* Well presented professional with good all round communications skills
* Diligent work ethic to adhere to audit mandated processes
* Able to work under pressure
* Flexible
* Experience in supporting trading floor environments from Service Desk side
* Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products
* Strong background in ITSM platforms - e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Cherwell.
