One of my customers is currently in search of a D365 Business Analyst to provide support for Advanced Warehousing.
The person in this role will:
1 Address incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues.
2 Collaborate with the Warehouse, Operations, and Engineering departments to identify opportunities for optimizing D365, design solutions, conduct testing, and implement improvements.
3 Work with department heads to evaluate the training needs and objectives for departmental applications. Ensure that trainers or designated power users are proficient in both current and new functionalities (train the trainers).
4 Collaborate with Vendors (ISV's) and third-party entities to ensure that D365 integrates seamlessly with peripheral systems and functions as intended.
5 Guarantee that the Warehouse and Operations teams have access to the data required for their roles, potentially utilizing Power BI, tiles, SSRS reporting, Views, or other technologies.
6 Record, track, and document the problem-solving process until final resolution is achieved.
7 Contribute to routine Microsoft upgrades by providing guidance, expertise, and conducting testing for application upgrades and enhancements.
8 Test, approve, and implement Advanced Warehousing setup through the use of a test plan.
9 Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, and end users.
10 Engage in continuous training and certification to enhance expertise in the software applications used and supported by the organization.
* Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise and desktop applications, such as MS Dynamics 365/MS AX, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, and MS Word.
* A college diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent experience in information systems.
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
* Proficiency in developing and interpreting technical documentation.
* A solid understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
