Devops Engineer - 6 Month CTH- 100% Remote



Summary:



As DevOps Engineer you will manage projects independently and also deliver as part

of larger teams. You will work with customers and partners internalizing their context while

using your business and technical skills to design solutions based on requirements and

constraints.

Responsibilities

* Execute on established tasks as defined by Cloud Solution Architects across multiple client environments
* Work with CSA and Senior DevOps Engineers to validate technical plans and time estimates
* Provide timely feedback to the customer project team on any issues or roadblocks that arise during project execution
* Utilize re-usable Infrastructure-as-Code to provision AWS services and infrastructure when possible
* Implement CI/CD pipelines for common workloads using appropriate tooling
* Assist with migrations that fall within the scope of the Cloud Elevate service
* Deploy and configure AWS and 3rd party services that are appropriate for current client needs
* Troubleshoot and repair customer infrastructure; assist with escalations as necessary

Required Skills

* Deploying AWS infrastructure using IaC, including Terraform
* Understanding of AWS security controls, network boundary controls and related toolsets
* AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3 and RDS
* Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines
* Hands-on experience building containerization infrastructure
* Migrating legacy applications to microservices
* Experience with Datacenter experience including networking, storage, virtualization, firewalls to name a few
