Role & Responsibilities
* Creates strategies to enhance team productivity and collaboration to provide exceptional customer service.
* Demonstrates and reinforces HOLT's Values Based Leadership techniques, models, and protocols to ensure that they align with our company's goals, values, and mission.
* Evaluates data collected from various sources, identifies underlying causes of reported issues, and suggests alternative solutions.
* Supervises the investigation of the effects and results of alterations in company processes and systems; works as an intermediary between the project team, vendors, and end-users to ensure that the delivery of business solutions meets expectations and generates growth.
* Collects integration-specific business requirements to guarantee that data communication between applications meets business needs; creates comprehensive documentation that includes technical requirements, data mappings, maps tracing business needs through to test cases and platform-specific transformation needs.
* Participates in the data governance program by partnering with business stakeholders to delineate data quality rules and standards; performs root cause analysis of data-related issues and collaborates with data stewards and owners to address quality concerns.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Proficient in managing intricate data integration projects, encompassing CRM, ERP, and legacy systems
* Skilled in crafting user stories and acceptance criteria to meet data-driven business requirements.
* Experienced in translating technical requirements for data integration platforms - including Informatica, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and more - from business needs.
* Background providing subject matter expertise and guidance for data integration teams' development of business rules and specifications.
* Demonstrates adeptness with program structuring and work planning using Azure DevOps, Teams, Mural, Lucid, MS Project, Smartsheet, among others.
* Well-versed in Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
* Preferably familiar with data profiling and SQL expertise.
