Position: Director of Technology Operations

Location: Fully Remote (Eastern or Central Timezone)

Salary: $200,000 (plus 10% bonus and equity)

Industry: Finance

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in AWS: Networking, Storage, Database, Containers (EKS, ECS), Server-less (lambda)
* Strong understanding of AWS Pricing
* Familiarity with Fin-tech
* Demonstrated leadership experience (managing 10+ engineers)
* Hands-on involvement expected around 50% of the time
* Established as the go-to person for DevOps practices, including playbook creation
