Director of Technology Operations (DevOps Manager)

Role: Director of IT Ops (DevOps Manager)

Location: Fully Remote- ET or CT Timezone

Salary: 200k (plus 10% bonus and equity)

Technical Skills:

- Strong AWS knowledge: Networking, storage, database, containers (EKS, ECS), Serverless (lambda)

- Strong understanding of AWS Pricing

- Familiarity with Fin tech

- Leadership experience- managing 10+ engineers

- Ability to be hands on 50% of the time

- DevOps "go-to": Establishing DevOps practices, making a playbook
