Engineering Manager

A software company based in Oxford is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to manage a team of 7 engineers. Experience with mobile and desktop application development and development of customer facing portals is critical.



You will be responsible for delivering complex software projects from design to production and driving change to continuously improve software and evolve processes.



You will need a hands on technical background with Java and JavaScript, ideally React, as well as App development and cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.



This role will require someone to be in the office in Oxford at least once per week.
