Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

As the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for a small project management and quality assurance team to deliver and implement high quality technology projects. Collaborating with colleagues across the business, you will analyse and identify business requirements, plan delivery, structure a clear plan of resolution and implement in an effective and engaging way, including hand-over to various stakeholders.



Responsibilities

* Ensuring quality of product delivery at project and group level helps define test strategy and approach for products to be delivered

* Accountable for the successful definition and execution of QA activities for technology projects including support and maintenance releases, functional releases and major product releases

* Actively collaborating across functional streams and with other groups involved in the project and supports life cycle to ensure the delivery of a quality product, minimising any negative business impact

* Establishing and continuously evolving best practice within the QA function and for establishing and maintaining testing infrastructure, including quality tools and environments

* Ensuring focus on automation over manual QA



The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in a similar role with in depth knowledge of QA and experienced in implementing and managing a technical testing framework.
