Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Engineer - Up to £80k, Bonus, 15% Pension

Bristol - 2 days per week

An innovative, fast-changing business that's shaping finance as a force for good. You'll be playing a key role in moving our legacy stack onto the Cloud. You'll mentor and develop junior engineers, and lead a team of engineers providing clear and constructive feedback, whilst creating opportunities for learning and growth.

What you'll need

* An understanding of the full web application stack, deep and broad knowledge, with focus on Back-end API skill set.
* Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices.
* Backend API
* Leadership/ Mentorship
* Cloud experience GCP/AWS/Azure
* Enterprise environment experience
