Jefferson Frank are partnering with a leading & specialist Identity Access Management enterprise based in Helsinki. They provide a comprehensive Customer Identity Access Management solution in addition to a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) platform to manage the digital identities of Customers, Workforce and Organisations. They're the largest accredited issuer globally and has issued verified identities to 200'000+ organisations internationally.

They have a diverse client base working with a variety of Enterprises, Banks, Fintech/Regtech intermediaries and Government entities for both internal and client usage of digital identity and legal entity regulatory requirements. They are currently actioning a long-term strategic growth plan which include scaling their engineering team working on their SaaS solution.

The role

In this position the chosen candidate would join as a Senior Software Engineer to their growing engineering department. The company already employs over 50 people across the Nordics (Finland & Sweden) in addition to resources setup within the UK.

You'd be working in a product development environment where your primary responsible would include defining the current and future architecture systems in addition to writing well designed, testable and efficient code across the Frontend, Backend and AWS-based infrastructure. In addition to this you will troubleshoot design flaws and system bottleneck which relates to AWS & DevOps tools and contribute to ALL phases of the development lifecycle within agile development teams.

Coming into the team as an experienced head, you'll be given the ability to share your knowledge and provide alternative solutions to key challenges faced from BOTH a development AND operations perspective with the end goal of seamless functionality of the platform.

The existing team takes an 'Automate at every opportunity' approach which you will embody. You'll play a part in deploying, operating and upgrading their Identity Cloud production instances for customers, improve, measure and monitor AWS deployments from development to production, monitor cloud costs, resolve customer/integrator issues for both on-site and in-house installations and participate in software development activities.

What they're looking for?

* Minimum 3+ years JavaScript development experience coming from previous roles working with a combination of traditional programming and DevOps toolings/processes.
* Familiarity with cloud networks (AWS), managing infrastructures and improving reliability standards.
* Experience managing containerised solutions with Kubernetes and/or ECS.

Beneficial if you have

* Experience with Protocols/Solutions such as OpenID Connect, OAuth2, SAML2 or on SSO systems.
* Prior identity access management experience.
