Job Description: The engineering manager will be a crucial part of helping build out the team. You will be supporting the development of the new product teams that are adding new functionalists to the companies platform. The ideal candidate will be able to coach and facilitate a top notch engineering team to support the organisations new products.

Role & Responsibilities

* Coaching 5-10 engineers
* Helping recruit new engineers to your own team
* Facilitating efficient customer service and incorporating innovation
* Support and Suggest product decisions to make sure the platform has future growth

Skills & Qualifications

* 8+ Years experience building software systems
* Experience collaborating and communicating with others
* 4+ Years Managing and coaching Engineers
* Preferable experience in building SaaS applications
* Nice to have: Experience in B2B companies based around infrastructure
