Project Engineer (ICT Infrastructure)

Your Tasks

* Within this role, your task is to take care of our most important clients (mainly in the market area of ​​Zurich and Eastern Switzerland)
* Specify, design and implement ICT infrastructure projects remotely and at the customer's site in the areas of servers, cloud vitalisation etc. with the associated server and client products.
* Plan and carry out the projects yourself in consultation with the customer and rely on the latest technologies.
* In addition to the project business, you will also help out in the support area (processing tickets) and also take on short-term customer assignments on site in this area (around 20% of the role)

Your Profile

* Completed IT training
* Project experience or several years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure
* Good knowledge of server solutions and knowledge of Office365, Azure, AWS etc. is an advantage.
* Mandatory possession of a category B driver's license (vehicle will be provided as you will be asked to go to clients)
* Flexibility and willingness to work in the Aargau, Zurich, Eastern Switzerland area (depending on the project)
* Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
* Well-groomed appearance and open communication
* Solution-oriented thinking and acting
* Very high customer and service orientation
