What you'll do:

* Run and Develop an AWS Center of Excellence in the country
* Build and manage relationships with AWS and Customers.
* Own, lead and drive execution of multi-year Strategic Plan with AWS on a country level.
* Recruit and train teams of DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers and Architects.
* Build, Grow and utilize regional delivery center for AWS.
* Hire, train, motivate and retain employees.

About you:

* Strong knowledge of public cloud solutions - preferably AWS or Azure or Google Cloud
* 10+ years in cloud technology
* 5+ years in People Management
* Recruited and Hired in a Consultancy Practice.
* Experience working within AWS partner ecosystem would be a strong preference.
