Lead Platform Engineer, £100,000, Tech For Good

The Lead Engineer will play a pivotal role in contributing to the design and construction of a cutting-edge platform, running on private cloud. Expect to have the autonomy to define and lead complex work across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the platform follows best practice and patterns. In time, you will transition from the design & build stage to managing & operating the platform, replacing outdated services along the way.

To be successful in the role it would be great if you have;

* Advanced Linux knowledge
* Hands-on experience on Linux / KVM Hypervisors
* Experience of working with DNS at scale

Given the collaborative nature of the organisation, knowledge sharing is encouraged and idea's sought. You'd be one of the senior team so it's important you can understand the organisation and technical strategy to help the team align their goals.

The company promotes a great work life balance with hybrid working (20% in office). The salary is £85,000 to £100,000 dependant on experience and is accompanied by;
