Head of Pricing - Full Remote (from Europe)
Our client is a leading online travel and leisure company, committed to providing the best deals for last-minute bookings. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join as the Head of Pricing. As the Head of Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing strategies and ensuring the offerings remain competitive in the market.
* Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
* Lead a team of approximately 10 professionals, including analysts and product owners, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing strategies to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
* Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
* Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, integrating new techniques and technologies into pricing strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably in the travel, e-commerce, transportation, or mobility industries.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of pricing professionals.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about complex business challenges.
* Familiarity with European travel market trends and regulations is a plus.
