For the world leading Customer Experience software provider, Jefferson Frank is proudly looking for a Sales Director for the Italian market.
The right person will be responsible for developing the Italian sales strategy, growing the sales team, and hitting/exceeding sales targets.
The client's office is based in Milan, 50% WFH policy.
* Proven sales executive experience;
* Previous experience of a minimum 8-10 years as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager or Sales Director;
* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
* Ability to position products against competitors;
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
* University degree (5 years) or equivalent;
* In-depth knowledge of IT related topics, such Data Analytics or Cloud computing;
* Fluent English;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and good standing complete the profile.
