To help you choose the right events for you, we’re rounding up all the important dates for your calendar, marking all the ‘can’t-miss’ AWS events announced both in-person and virtually for 2024 so far.

22 Feb, 2024 – Online
Inviting attendees to ‘dive into the world of AI and machine learning’, this year’s AWS Innovate online conference for Asia Pacific and Japan offers virtual attendees the opportunity to learn more about how to harness the true power of these revolutionary technologies. From discovering more about the latest innovations to leveling up your AI/ML skills and connecting with experts, the online conference promises the chance to embark on a hands-on learning journey, guided by step-by-step architectural and deployment best practices.
Kicking off with an insightful opening keynote from some of AWS APJ’s most senior figures, the day features a jam-packed agenda of immersive learning with sessions repeated to accommodate attendees in different time zones. As we’re sure you’re aware, any organization needs a data strategy to succeed and grow – after all, data has become one of the most essential assets in the modern business landscape. But unfortunately, it’s rarely as simple as a one-size-fits-all approach.
This two-hour-long Discovery Day event will teach virtual attendees how to overcome the unique obstacles they face when developing a data strategy on AWS by offering insight on how to modernize, unify, and innovate your way to a modern data strategy that achieves business objectives.

In this two-hour Discover Day online session aimed at security professionals with minimal knowledge of AWS and IT business-level professionals interested in cloud security practices, you’ll be introduced to several AWS services that you can use to improve your approach to security.

Hosted online by an AWS expert, this two-hour Discovery Day virtual session offers up the ideal introduction to the basics of machine learning.
Demystifying the basics using insightful real-world examples, attendees will learn about all the important concepts, terminology, and phases of a machine learning pipeline to better understand how to leverage ML to unlock new value for your business.
The session agenda includes: what is machine learning; categories of machine learning; what is deep learning; the machine learning pipeline.
24 March, 2024 – Online
This year’s AWS Innovate for the Americas offers attendees the chance to ‘see the world through fresh AIs’…see what they did there?
The one-day, online conference is free and advertises an exciting agenda packed full of over 35 sessions aimed at differing skill levels, all with the same goal: to teach you and your organization how to leverage the latest advances in generative AI.
From technical sessions for builders and practitioners to non-technical sessions for business leaders, the day offers five unique learning tracks to ensure there’s something for everyone – and that’s not to mention the wide range of technical demos, customer success stories, and live Q&As with experts!

This year’s edition of the annual AWS Public Sector Day will be hosted at etc.venues in London. It promises to bring public sector professionals and technology experts together to discuss the current and future state of the public sector in the UK.
Aimed at addressing pressing issues around the urgency of modernizing legacy IT systems, improving resilience, and embracing the transformative power of AI, AWS has labelled this year’s event theme ‘Better together: Collaborating to solve today’s public sector challenges”. There will be a whole host of informative sessions covering a range of topics, from data analytics to security, where attendees will gain invaluable insights on how to make more informed decisions and implement impactful change across their organization.
