    This is a great opportunity to join their Cyber team as a Senior Security Architect in a newly created post due to an increase in work load. This isn't a replacement so perfect opportunity to forge your own way to architect enterprise solutions for private sector clients.

    They have a number of exciting projects coming up along with the BAU to keep you busy.

    Key responsibilities:

    * Ensuring strong message security and mail hygiene.
    * Security Target Operating Models
    * Endpoint Security
    * Identity and Access Management
    * Information Governance
    * Identifying potential efficiencies and new ways of working
    * Working with and advising the solution architects on the potential security strengths and weaknesses of proposed solutions
    * Designing solutions and demonstrating how to design

    Required skills
    You need to have:

    * Excellent customer facing skills - able to communicate effectively with staff and clients at all levels
    * Extensive experience in IT Security, specifically in a management role with a proven track record
    * A real breadth and depth across various areas, no need to be SME an in one particular vertical

    It would be great if you had:

    * Certifications are great but no pre-requisite, but anything cloud related is always good to have - AWS, Azure GCP etc

    The OpenShift Cluster Administrator is a subject matter expert in OpenShift 3.     Scope of the work:

    Perform Cloud Engineering or Cloud Specialist tasks related to supporting the cloud network support for a DOD customer.



    Must be able to develop and implement network architecture and performance analysis while ensuring security planning, integration and performance is upheld. Ability to manage projects as well as provide hands on technical service desk support, infrastructure deployment and release planning in an Agile environment.



    You will be Providing deep software development knowledge with respect cloud architecture, design patterns and programming working as both an infrastructure and application development specialist. You must be skilled in DevOps, IaC and automation as well as programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment and utilizing services such as EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS OpsWorks, load balancing, and configuration management platforms such as Chef, Puppet and/or Ansible. Strong scripting skills required.



    Tasks and Deliverables:

    * Optimization of cloud network(s)
    * Oversight of server support services, patching, and software for both on prem and cloud instances
    * Application support services including but not limited to configuration management, SOP development, Change Management Tracking, modifying/testing code and deployment.
    * Provide documentation for all production releases.
    * Support Database services in the development, testing and production environments.
    * Weekly work log of activities, accomplishments and opportunities must be maintained and provided weekly to the customer.
