    As part of ongoing growth, my client is seeking a Technical Operations Manager (or Head of Technical Operations for a suitable experienced candidate). This is a key role in their leadership team, and is responsible for the effective, proactive and smooth running of the Services delivered to customers 24x7. This is a hands on role, leading a strong team of AWS engineers.

    AWS skills are a must, and experience working in a managed service environment, with a strong commitment and experience of service process, leading class customer experience, and driven by customer KPI's.

    An Advanced Partner in the AWS Partner Network is looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. This is a smaller and more agile company, looking for someone to be a part of all stages of the project life cycle. This Advanced Partner is a next generation managed services company utilizing Transformational Intelligence to provide precise cloud strategy, implementation, migration and management. This includes infrastructure as code, serverless, and application modernization. Additionally, they have decades of experience in Legacy infrastructure and can architect a cloud migration plan to gracefully transition.

    The Role & Required Experience

    * Will be Lead Engineer working on multiple projects
    * Somebody with prior experience leading projects or teams is very strongly preferred
    * You will be initiating DevOps principles from legacy
    * Extensive experience with terraform is needed, and you will also ideally have experience with CloudFormation
    * Must know how to build out CI/CD pipelines as well as automate them
    * Need to know ECS, EC2, S3. The primary container work is ECS
    * A lot of work here is done with serverless frameworks, so experience/enthusiasm for it is preferred
    * Focus on scripting Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
    * This person will also be interacting with the customer and be client facing, so communication skills are very important
    * This person will be setting the processes for the rest of the members on the team
    * Need to be involved in all stages. Everyone will be working on projects end to end -- someone who wants to be part of everything is needed
