    I am working with a London-based Client who provide Big Data and Data Science solutions to organisations within the Financial Services sector.

    Due to recent success, they are now looking to hire an additional Tech Lead to join their ever-growing team as part of their expansion plans where you will be utilising cutting-edge technologies on projects within the Banking sector.

    This role sits within the Engineering function, and will be repsonsible for managing a team of around 40+ people. There will still be a requirement for relevant hands-on experience, although this will only be 25% of the role. In order to achieve your full potential, your existing experience will be further enhanced through the provision of fully-paid, unlimited training and certifications.



    Experience



    * You will have experience leading complex Data solutions
    * Previous experience leading Data-driven teams
    * Relevant industry experience within either Financial Services, Banking or FinTech
