Account Manager/Client Partner

A company that develops Cloud infrastructure solutions is currently looking for someone to join their growing team of Sales Representatives.

Location: Manhattan, NY (temporarily remote due to COVID)

Employment type: W2



Responsibilities:

* Responsible for active accounts and ensuring customer growth and retention
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Link between Product Managers and Customers
* Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
* Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Qualifications:

* Min. 3 years working in an Account Management position for a B2B SaaS company,
* Experience in managing an active pipeline,
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
* Experience working with Cloud-based products is a plus.
